Christian Rich is a creative collaborative music and industrial design company headed by Nigerian raised, Chicago born music producers, Taiwo Hassan and Kehinde Hassan.
Christian Rich has two functions: as a music composition brand and as an industrial design team. As producers, Christian Rich were mentored by Shae Haley and Pharrell Williams.
As designers, Christian Rich have designed 3 sunglasses with Italian Eyewear brand LGR. The third season eyewear from the collab will arrive this January. Currently Christian Rich have partnered with Japanese Brand tokyobikes's Berlin branch to release a series of bicycles branded as Christian Rich's own bicycle collection. The bikes were designed by Kehinde and Taiwo and will be available January as well.
Musical collaborations include multiple production credits on Earl Sweatshirt's debut album Doris, including the single "Chum". They contributed to four number 1 albums including Drake's #1 Billboard album Nothing Was the Same on the intro of "Pound Cake" featuring Jay Z, "Crawl" for Childish Gambino's gold selling album Because the Internet and "Sparks Will Fly" for J Cole's platinum album Born Sinner.
In 2014, Audi USA approached the brand to become a part of their "Paid Dues" campaign, which lead to Christian Rich being the sole music collaborators for Audi USA with their debut LP, FW14.
Christian Rich's collaborative efforts in music continue with a partnership with Soho House Berlin to curate and DJ a monthly series for Soho House members and guests. The brand is venturing into more collaborations coming, includes radio hits by Vince Staples with "Big Fish" and Wale x G Eazy with "Fashion Week".
